Team Captain Questions

  1. Please login to our website and go to “Teams” > “Team Dashboard”;
  2. Click the “Edit Team” button;
  3. Edit the details that need editing;
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Update Team” on the bottom of the page;

  1. New Team Captain: if the new Team Captain already has a Rider account on our website, he/she needs to delete that account first (“Login” > “My Profile” > “My Account” > “Delete Account”).

    Proceed with Step 2 after the rider account is deleted;

  2. Current Team Captain: please login to our website and go to Teams > Team Dashboard;
  3. Click the “Edit Team” button and edit the Team Captains details;
  4. Click the “Update Team” button on the bottom of the page;
  5. In the top menu click “My Profile” > “My Account”;
  6. Change the email address (please note: this has to be a unique e-mail address). If needed you can also change the password here;
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Update Account” on the bottom of the page;
  8. Hand over the password + Nickname to the new captain.

  2. In the menu go to “My Profile” > “My Account”;
  3. Click on “Delete Account” and confirm the account deletion;
  4. All you personal data is now deleted from our website and database.

Rider Questions

Rider registration is ONLY needed to view the Team and Individual Leaderboards. If you are part of a team but don’t want to register on the website, that is totally fine with us!

Racepasses are distributed about 4-5 days before the event.

  1. Please login to our website and go to Teams > Racepasses;
  2. Use the “Team Name” search box to search for your team;
  3. You can find the correct pen in the “Pen” column;
  4. Click on the link in the “Racepass link” column and select the correct pen;
  5. If you see a green checkbox next to the pen in your Companion app / Zwift website you are signed in and good to go!

We managed to get the results processing working well in the trial series, it was quick but it was still quite manual. We’re working hard to automate it even further through Season 1 so we can scale up for more time zones next time. Let us know if you’d be up for being a time zone champion for us when we do.
